I have been training and coaching for more than 20 years. Prior to this, I worked as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and headed the marketing department of T-mobile.
As I became more and more passionate about developing people I decided to re-focus my career into Leadership Development. Since then I have trained and coached hundreds of executives and their teams on leadership in their daily business – of which six years in Asia.
I am the former CEO of Newfield Asia -now TheCoachPartnership, offering the globally renowned Newfield Ontological Coach Training Program out of Singapore. I was also the founding partner and co-owner of Route5, a successful professional training company in the Netherlands facilitating change within large organisations.
In working with global organisations across multiple countries, I have discovered that the core ingredients of leadership are universal. Next to personal talent and experiences, what makes a good leader is strongly influenced by cultural context such as gender, religion and relationship to power and the group. This also counts for the level of expression and appetite to take risks in order to keep growing. I am keen to validate and encourage these differences as it leads to higher performance, better quality of decision-making and collaboration.

My goal is to unlock the leadership potential of executives and their teams, and by doing so to create “irreversible growth”: personal growth and business results that are both lasting.
